Karate is not an art of horror fight, but is an art-form that consists of several treads and rhythm like movements. These are called katas and were introduced centuries ago in the Okinawa Islands of Japan by Karate Masterminds. These katas include stance, look, strength, and can be considered a fighting style without any opponents or with an imaginary opponent. The rhythm like movements of katas helps in enhancing concentration and grasping power and can be very effective on school and college going students. It can also help them improve their studies as well as their personalities.
